How do I apply for Private Coaching & Advisory

Private Coaching begins with an application. This allows me to understand where you are in your leadership, visibility, and business journey, and to determine whether this is the right level of support for you at this time.

If your application aligns, you’ll be invited to a private conversation to discuss the coaching relationship, expectations, and next steps for onboarding and moving forward with the first payment/deposit. This is a mutual decision; not every applicant is invited forward.

What happens during the Discovery Call conversation?

The conversation is designed to provide clarity, not persuasion, or to pick my brain and decide at a later date. During our discovery call, we’ll discuss what you’re navigating, how Private Coaching & Advisory works, and whether this level of proximity and commitment makes sense for your current season.

If we align, you’ll be invited to move forward and secure your place. Onboarding details and payment options are reviewed clearly and calmly during this conversation.

What is the investment, and are payment plans available?

Private Coaching & Advisory is offered in the following commitments:

Six-Month Commitment: $12,000 paid in full, or $2,000 per month

Payment plans are available to support cash-flow preference, not to reduce the level of commitment required.

Three-month engagements are available for returning clients or after completion of a Visibility Intensive. Investment begins at $9,000 total. 

Do you offer shorter-term or intensive options?

Yes. For leaders who are not seeking ongoing proximity, I offer Visibility Reset Intensives and VIP Days. These options are designed for focused clarity and short-term decision support and can be explored on the Coaching Overview page.

How often do new spots open?

Private Coaching is intentionally limited. New spots open periodically throughout the year based on capacity and alignment. This allows me to protect the depth and responsiveness of the work.
