FAQ

When are you available for booking? What is your process like?

Due to the nature of my services, I have very limited spots available each quarter!  

Here is my process for inquring:
Step 1: Fill out a SBG Client Request Form. Please fill out a client request form for the service you are interested in by clicking the button underneath the service.
Step 2: Schedule A Discovery Call.  Allysse, our Administrative Assistant, will reach out to you via email within 24-48 hours with a link to my calendar to schedule a discovery call.  During our discovery call, we will go over project details and expectations for our working relationship.
Step 3. Review your Proposal. After our call, I will email you a proposal. The proposal does have an expiration date. You may approve the proposal via email confirmation. 
Step 4.
Welcome Aboard! Once the proposal is approved, we will start the official SBG Client on-boarding process. The on-boarding process includes your client contract & an invoice. We will also go over project timelines and any information needed to begin your project.

Is my brand a good fit to be a client?

SBG clients are well-established & innovative brands that understand the value of social media. My services are not meant for beginners or for those who don’t have a well-crafted budget for social media marketing.
SBG feels that trust, fairness, and working together as a team are essential ingredients to a successful partnership. Please remember that social media strategy, management, and real-time coverage takes many hours to plan and execute properly. I value and respect my time, expertise, and skill-set wholeheartedly. If you do not exemplify a piece of the SBG Core Values, we aren’t a good fit.

How much do you charge?

SBG’s Social Media & Speaking Services are an investment. I price according to the length of the contract, the scope of work, time on various platforms, time creating content, and if outside assistance is needed for your project. Let’s talk about what you’re trying to accomplish first and then we can get to what you’ll need to invest to get what you want.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payments through the invoice via Dubsado, by check, and Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and more. All prices are presented and billed in US dollars.
